AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer FREE Express Shipping for any order over $100.00AUD within Australia. 

Australia Post express is a NO signature-required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. If this method is chosen and your parcel is lost, we will happily replace the order pending an investigation. If this method is chosen and your parcel is stolen, we cannot be held accountable. Please contact our customer service department if your order has not has not been received within the recommended timeframe: shipping@kaliver.com. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe, we recommend choosing a signature-required option.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Kaliver has chosen to use Australia Post international EXPRESS Shipping with a base rate of $60.00AUD, The estimated delivery time is between 3-10 working days. The cost may go up depending on the weight and size of the package, Kaliver will let you know if there is any changes to the shipping cost. If you have any questions. MADE-TO-ORDER

With the environment in mind, we are moving towards minimising our environmental impact; landfill, waste, and environmental stress due to unnecessary production. We are working with you, our beloved customer, to hand-make our garments one-at-a-time for you! We, here at Kaliver, will be producing, from now on, your clothes on a made-to-order basis. Each garment will be hand made with love just for you! Please allow 4-8 Weeks shipping time from date of purchase. We will contact you when your goods are ready to be shipped, no need to contact us. 

Please note there is a 50% of total cost of garment cancellation fee, as well as a 20% of total cost of garment for return/exchanges due to change of mind. 

We will issue a full refund, where we deem, if the goods are faulty due to manufacturing fault.
