RETURN POLICY

Kaliver does not refund or exchange the following items unless they are faulty or incorrectly dispatched:
• Lingerie
• Accessories
• Jewellery
• Swimwear
• Sale items

For other items, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your Kaliver product you will be provided with an exchange or refund where:

• The goods are in the original packaged condition with swing tags attached and hygiene stickers in place where applicable.
• The goods are returned within 28 working days of purchase date
• The goods have not been worn, washed or damaged.
• The original invoice is provided for proof of purchase.

If the goods have been approved for a part/full refund, at Kaliver's discretion, the goods/amount will be refunded, less the shipping cost.

The customer is to cover the costs of the 'return' shipping.


RETURN PROCEDURE

If you are not satisfied with your Kaliver product please email Returnme@kaliver.com to request a returns authorisation number (RAN) and the returns documentation. You must state the reason for returning your product and whether you are seeking a refund or exchange. Kaliver has the right to refuse a refund at our discretion.
Return your Kaliver goods in their original condition together with completed documentation and RAN. Return shipping must be registered to ensure the goods are returned safely to Kaliver. Kaliver will not be held responsible for goods lost during the returns process. Cost of returning goods is to be borne by the customer except in the event that:
• the goods were faulty when your received them
• the incorrect goods were dispatched.

Refunds will be issued by the method used for payment.

If the goods have been approved for a part/full refund, at Kaliver's discretion, the goods/amount will be refunded, less the shipping cost.

The customer is to cover the costs of the 'return' shipping.


PRICING

Kaliver pricing is in Australian Dollars and the daily exchange rate will be used for foreign currency purchases. Where additional duties or taxes are applied to a package by the country or state of destination these will not be seen at the total checkout, and will be borne by the purchaser.

PRE-ORDERS

Kaliver will not process payment of pre-orders until the goods are shipped. The dispatch date for pre-orders is subject to change. Please email Contactus@kaliver.com for updated dispatch dates.
Where an available item is purchased together with a pre-order, the available item will be held for the customer and shipped at the same time as the pre-order. If the available item is required sooner it is recommended a separate order be made.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If an item is cancelled prior to the goods being dispatched Kaliver will endeavour to accommodate the cancellation. In the event that the goods have been shipped Kaliver has the right to refuse cancellation and/or any costs associated with retrieving the goods will be borne by the customer.


TYPE ORDERS

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical errors, or errors in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Kaliver has the right to refuse or terminate any order for the item regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and payment made. In the event that payment has been processed a refund will be issued.
